The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Tshwane has just completed it’s 15th academic year in Pretoria, South Africa. That’s 3 successive courses of 5 years each, even if we don’t do them after each other, but start afresh each year. More than 100 students have been enrolled here over these years – between 20-30 every year. We’ve also seen our fair share of teachers coming and going. We continue to pray to the Lord of the Harvest, that He would send labourers into the harvest. For the harvest is big and the workers are few. We are confident, that He hears our prayers and will surely do this, which he himself wants and promotes as his good, gracious and salutary will that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of truth.
There is lots of reason to be thankful for our good God’s gracious mercies, that have made this work here at LTS possible. We thank Him for all you faithful supporters of the Seminary, who have joined us in our prayers for this institution and all its Seminarians – students and teachers – from across the continent and even beyond. We thank Him, that you have continued to readily help and assist, support with loads of good will and donations aplenty. We are assured, that as He the triune God has helped His Church in the past, so He will help in the future too for He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow – and His Church remains until He comes again in glory. Until then we trust in His providence and good governance for He does everything very well indeed: Hallelujah +
