The Lutheran Order of Service for the 3^rd last Sunday in the Church Year is available here in isiZulu and seTswana. Today it comes with a sermon based on God’s word from St. Paul’s first letter to the Thessalonians chapter 5 verses 1-6 by Rev. E.S. May you have a very blessed weekend and have time to meditate on the watchword for this 3^rd Last Sunday in the Church Year: For the Lord our God says, “Behold, now is the favourable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. (2Co 6:2 ESV)

Almighty God, we implore You, show Your mercy to Your humble servants that we, who put no trust in our own merits, may not be dealt with after the severity of Your judgement but according to Your mercy; through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

If you are called to preach this weekend, may the triune God give you joy and strength, passion and wisdom, knowledge and insight – and the true words and pictures to preach his holy will faithfully according to his most precious revelation of his will and promises in both the Old and New Testament! However if you are not preaching, but listening – then listen as if God is talking to you + His precious gospel is “the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes.” (Rom 1:16 NIV)
