Olga Baranovska from the Ukrainian Lutheran Church has organised a Christian cinema club. Every Saturday elderly Ukrainian women gather in the foyer of the Old Latin School to watch a Christian movie after which they discuss important Christian topics, Bible stories, and share their private life’s experience while enjoying their tea and cookies.

A very important highlight is that they always pray for the peace in Ukraine and the victory over the enemy. The women are very grateful to the Old Latin School for an amazing room with an interactive big screen, which is a great advantage as the elderly people have poor eyesight and can’t see well.
