The Lutheran Order of Service for the first Sunday after Trinity is available here in isiZulu and seTswana. The gospel for this Sunday is from Luke 16,19-31 (Rich man and Lazarus), the epistle from 1. John 4,16b-21 and the OT reading from Dt. 6,4-9.  Today’s posting comes with a sermon on the gospel of St. Matthew chapters 9 verses 35-38 and 10 verses 1-7 written by brother Rev. E. Mkhabela (LC Gamalakhe, KZN) in isiZulu (wz1331130602 n Tr 1) and translated as usual into seTswana (wt1331130602 n Tr 1) by my father Rev. E.A.W.Weber DD.

Our Lord Jesus Christ says to his disciples: “He who listens to you listens to me; he who rejects you rejects me; but he who rejects me rejects him who sent me.” (Luk 10:16 NIV) The liturgical colour is green.
